Perfect for a travel or destination wedding, and designed to look like an airplane seating plan, guests names are shown on each seat along with their table number. Shown here in navy blue or choose from our available options to match your wedding colour scheme. Sample wording shown, use this as a starting point or supply your own.
Print options on paper or wrapped canvas, or if you need it in an extra hurry supplied as a digital PDF file sent by email for you to print locally.
Medium: 18 x 24" for a wedding up to 50 guests
Medium: A2 (420 x 594mm) for a wedding up to 50 guests
Large: 24 x 36" or A1 (594 x 841 mm) for a wedding up to about 180 guests
Other sizes may be available please ask.
How to order
• Select your size, format and colour choices. Leave your wording for the side section above. Email the guest list to us here in the exact order you would like it to appear - either sorted alphabetical or organised by table. Word, excel or text in an email accepted. Please remove formatting and any additional information not required such as numbers or bullet points next to names, meal options etc.
The location of the number of seats/rows/columns will be determined by the designer and is dependant on the size of the chart ordered and number of guests, if you have any specific thoughts or requirements these MUST be conveyed to us before work begins.

Timing: Our current turnaround time for seating chart designs is 1-2 business days, often even quicker. To ensure that you have plenty of time for a round of revisions and for printing, we recommend placing your order a week or two prior to your wedding day.
Important Note: Please make sure that your guest list is provided to us in the exact order you would like it to appear on the seating chart, either sorted by table number/name or alphabetically. How you supply it is how we design it.
Revisions: We include one free round of revisions with your order, and we're happy to make minor adjustments such as adding or removing a guest. However, if there's a complete change in the guest list or the way that the names are sorted, a redesign will be required, and a new file will need to be purchased at half price.
