Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Creative Monsoon. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at info@creative-monsoon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition
• Be returned in their original packaging where possible
• Be approved by us before being returned

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

As we offer free shipping on most orders, original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Where free shipping was provided, an amount equivalent to the original shipping and handling cost may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Photographs of the damaged item
• Photographs of the packaging
• A short video showing the damage where applicable

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

Personalised, Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Personalised, custom-made and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind once production has commenced.

This includes products featuring custom text, names, dates, photographs, personalised designs or other customer-requested modifications.

These items may only be returned if they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to cancel an order before production begins.

For personalised or custom products, once design work has commenced or a proof has been provided, only a partial refund may be available to cover work already completed.

Once an item has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

European Union Customers

Customers located in the European Union may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a right of withdrawal for certain non-personalised products.

Personalised, custom-made and made-to-order products may be exempt from these rights where permitted by law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
