For change of mind returns, a 15% return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover original shipping and handling costs. Items must be unused and returned in original condition.
Items damaged in transit must be reported with photos and a video showing the damage to both the item and the packaging in order for a refund or replacement to be issued.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
ExceptionsCustom and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Cancellations
We may be able to cancel an order before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible. For custom items, once a proof has been sent, only a partial refund will be issued if the order is cancelled.
