Jenn’s designs have popped up on campaigns for global powerhouses like L’Oréal and Procter & Gamble, and have also elevated products for small boutique businesses. No idea is too big or too small for a creative collaboration.

With designs that have been showcased in publications around the world, including Real Living, Ideal Home, Grazia, Grand Designs Australia, PopSugar, Harper’s Bazaar and The Knot (just to name a few), her creative output highlights its versatility and wide reaching appeal.

How Creative Monsoon Designs Come to Life

Every collection starts in Jenn’s sunny Brisbane studio (or sometimes at a local café with a good coffee). This is where she creates quick, loose sketches to sort through ideas and explore the direction a new theme might take.

Once an idea starts taking shape, Jenn builds on it with colour, adding touches of pen or watercolour. This is where the personality of each collection begins to appear. From there, everything moves onto the computer to be refined into the bright, joyful designs Creative Monsoon is known for, ready to become prints, homewares and colourful gifts.

After the artwork is brought onto the computer and each illustration is finalised, many of these pieces are turned into beautiful repeat patterns. These patterns appear across the Creative Monsoon range, from gifts and stationery to home décor. Many designs are also available as fabric through retailers such as Spoonflower and Cloth Cuts for personal creative projects.
