Yep, we offer free international shipping too.

 

Production and Shipping Times

Please allow 1–4 business days for us to prepare your order.
Many custom and personalised items go through an email approval process, so allow extra time for revisions.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product.
For the most accurate estimates, please check the “Ships in” and “Delivery” details on each product listing.

 

🌏 Where Your Order is Made

All designs are created in our Brisbane studio. 
We make many products in Australia, but to help reduce our carbon footprint and speed up delivery, we’ve partnered with select production teams in the US and Europe. That means:

  • Lower emissions from transport

  • Faster local delivery

  • Made closer to you whenever possible

 

Please note: Some orders may be split into multiple shipments. Original art, ink pads, and fabric panels are shipped only from Australia and may take 1–4 weeks to arrive internationally.


🛃 Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. Unfortunately, we can’t control delays caused by customs.
