July in the Studio
July has been a whaley busy month in the studio. A large international hotel commission took up much of my time behind the scenes, so there hasn’t been quite as much room for new Creative Monsoon releases as usual.
That didn’t stop one brand new whale from swimming its way onto a print and matching card, while some older whale illustrations found a new home on fabric.
I’ve also been filling a few sketchbook pages with anemone flowers, which may or may not turn into something new down the track.
And the whale obsession isn’t over yet. A whole new whale fabric collection featuring the new design is coming in August, so there are definitely more sea creatures, and probably more terrible whale puns on the way.
